1. Character-overlay front-elevation cut-ins. Many Remuera ridge homes carry a character or special-character overlay on the street face. The consent typically retains identified fabric — clay-tile roof, weatherboard rhythm, fenestration pattern. 2. Premium aluminium joinery PC sums.
